We do our best to provide natural skincare products that are formulated for efficacy. As a result, some of our products, like our Body Butters, are more sensitive to temperature changes.

During warm to very hot weather, products may soften or even melt in transit, as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches — While we do our best to package your orders to prevent or reduce these particular issues from happening, we have no control over natural climate change.

On warmer days, we do advise that you refrigerate your Body Butter products BEFORE opening the jars. If you open items to see if melting has occurred, they may spill out & make a mess.

Please be assured that the quality & beneficial properties of our products are not affected in any way by melting. If you receive your butters in a slightly softened or melted state, simply place your product(s) in the refrigerator, for about 10-20 minutes, before opening & your product should be back to its normal solid state.

We do not advise placing your product(s) into the freezer as the butters can freeze fairly quickly & will take some time to reach room temperature for ease of use.
